Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior / Senior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring strong visual storytelling skills, technical design expertise, and a passion for building visually compelling content aligned with brand strategy. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency across all creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design brand-aligned creatives for digital, print, and social media.

• Handle multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms as required.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Working knowledge of Motion Graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory

• Creative storytelling abilities and attention to detail

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic video editing skills

• Familiarity with design systems or UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
