Story In Pic is hiring a Sales & Graphic Designer for a full-time position at our kiosk located in Nakheel Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

This role combines customer-facing sales with instant graphic design, printing, and engraving. The ideal candidate must be confident interacting with customers, attracting attention, and designing personalized gifts on the spot using Adobe Photoshop.

Job Responsibilities:

· Attract customer attention and actively engage with mall visitors in a professional manner, in line with mall policies.

· Understand customer needs and convert interest into sales.

· Design and produce personalized gifts instantly using Adobe Photoshop.

· Operate printing and engraving equipment and learn related software.

· Create basic social media content when required (stories, photos, short videos).

· Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the kiosk.

Requirements:

· Strong sales skills and confidence in face-to-face customer interaction

· Experience in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)

· Ability and willingness to learn printing and engraving systems

· Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Professional appearance suitable for a premium mall environment

· Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

· Driving license is considered an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary ranging from 2,300 to 3,000 AED, plus sales commission.

Full training provided before starting work.

Professional work environment within one of Dubai’s leading malls.

Working Schedule:

Full-time position with shift-based schedule. (10 hours per shift)

Working hours between 9:30 AM and 10:00 PM (Fridays & Saturdays until 12:00 midnight)

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
