Who we are looking for:

Milescraft is seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of marketing assets across print, digital and promotional media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Are you familiar with woodworking tools, power tools, and power tool accessories? We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to support a number of important product initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create, lay out, and develop product catalogs, product brochures, emails and digital banner ads.
• Produce high-quality marketing assets to promote Milescraft new and existing products.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Generate a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and digital assets using the Adobe suite of creative software.

Requirements:

• LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
• Self-directed, disciplined, high-energy, pro-active work ethic. Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design and creative direction.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, develop easily understandable graphics, design and images to deliver high quality promotional materials.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Must be proficient in creative development, with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite and InDesign.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
