Graphic Designer (Luxury Materials & Aviation Interiors)

Overview

Aeristo is seeking a Graphic Designer to elevate how our materials, craftsmanship, and innovation are communicated across all touchpoints.

This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. It is about shaping perception. Every output must reflect the same level of precision, refinement, and intent as the leather itself. From client presentations to product brochures, from digital campaigns to physical activations, the work must feel considered, structured, and inherently premium.

You will operate at the intersection of design, materiality, and storytelling, collaborating closely with Sales and Swatching to ensure that everything we present is both visually compelling and grounded in real, manufacturable solutions.

Core Responsibilities

· Luxury Visual Communication

· Develop high-end, presentation-ready materials for OEMs, design studios, and completion centers

· Create structured, refined layouts that communicate complex material solutions with clarity

· Elevate Aeristo’s storytelling through strong visual hierarchy, typography, and composition

Material Photography & Visual Capture (Core Requirement)

· Capture high-quality images of leather materials, panels, and samples

· Produce macro photography showing grain, embossing, quilting, and finishes

· Ensure true-to-color representation aligned with physical samples

· Build and maintain a consistent photographic language across all outputs

Product & Material Storytelling

· Translate leather innovation into compelling visual narratives

· Create product sheets, technical guides, and collection stories

· Support the visualization of embossing, quilting, precision cut geometry, perforation, and lighting integration concepts

Brand Experience & Consistency

· Ensure all outputs reflect a cohesive, premium Aeristo identity

· Define and maintain visual standards across all channels

· Support the evolution of Aeristo’s visual language toward a more architectural, material-driven aesthetic

Digital & Marketing Assets

· Design content for website, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns

· Develop high-end mailers and outreach materials for key clients

· Support product launches and design initiatives through structured campaigns

Cross-functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Design to ensure visual outputs reflect real materials and processes

· Collaborate with Swatching to align digital visuals with physical samples

· Support Sales with tailored, client-specific presentations and documents

Software & Technical Skills

Required

· Adobe Illustrator

· Adobe InDesign

· Adobe Photoshop

· Figma

Highly Valued

· Adobe Substance 3D (for material visualization and surface realism)

· Basic understanding of 3D workflows (Rhino, KeyShot, or similar)

· Strong understanding of color systems and material representation

Pay: $28.75 - $32.00 per hour
