Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for a variety of print and digital mediums, including brochures, catalogues, social media posters, website images, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Maintain organized files of completed projects for easy access and future reference.
- Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all creative assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends and footwear market aesthetics to bring fresh and appealing ideas.
- Prepare layouts, mockups, and prototypes for internal review and approvals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Support video editing, animation, or motion graphics tasks, if required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a graphic designer, ideally with exposure to retail, fashion, or product-based industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in product packaging, catalog design, or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
