Graphic designer + Marketing Specialist + ECommerce

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing company in the functional food and clean beauty sectors, operating multiple brands in Oman and UAE. Our products are natural, and ethically made. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who can take full ownership of our visual identity, packaging, and online presence.

Your Role Will Combine Two Key Areas:

Branding & Packaging Design (Food + Skincare)

• Create product packaging, labels, and brand assets that are modern, clean, and visually compelling
• Design for multiple product categories, including healthy snacks, nut butters, desserts, natural skincare, and cosmetics
• Develop brand guidelines, sales brochures, POS material, and trade show content
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to execute seasonal launches and promotional campaigns

Shopify & Online Sales Optimization

• Manage and optimize our Shopify storefronts (including homepage, product pages, cart flow, and mobile responsiveness)
• Improve conversion rate, upsells, and retention strategies
• Coordinate ads, email flows, SEO, and influencer UGC in collaboration with other team members
• Use data to guide decisions and push sales consistently

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in food and skincare packaging
• Mastery in graphic design software and new AI software.
• Deep understanding of Shopify, e-commerce , product page design, and funnel optimization
• Working knowledge of email marketing
• Ability to plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing
• Creative, proactive, and data-driven with a strong aesthetic sense
• Strong English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
• UAE and Oman experience is preferred
