Graphic Designer - Mid

About the Role

Digitales is seeking a talented Mid-Level Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience and a proven ability to deliver impactful designs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate complete mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and have strong expertise in both digital and print media. While static and campaign design will be the core focus, working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is required to complement creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality static and print designs across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creativity.
• Conceptualize and execute campaign themes and visual identities.
• Develop engaging digital assets optimized for social media, advertising, and websites.
• Support with basic video editing and motion graphics as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and project teams to bring concepts to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to enhance campaign impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Complete mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; working knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print media.
• Ability to design campaign themes and execute end-to-end visual concepts.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
