Graphic Designer (Mid Level)

Sprouto is looking for a skilled and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design, branding, and visual storytelling. If you have 3+ years of professional experience and are ready to take ownership of design projects in a fast-paced digital environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design clean, user-friendly UI/UX layouts for websites, apps, and digital platforms
• Lead and contribute to branding and visual identity projects, ensuring design consistency across all mediums
• Develop creative assets including social media designs, marketing materials, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with developers and senior designers to deliver pixel-perfect, functional designs
• (Optional) Create simple motion graphics and animations using After Effects or similar tools
• Present and defend your design concepts with strong rationale

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX and branding
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, branding, and creative campaigns
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign)
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate ideas into high-quality, impactful visuals
• Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX, or a related field
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Must be based in Lahore or willing to commute/relocate
• Onsite Position – DHA Phase 8, Lahore
