Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with professional experience to join our team on-site in Faisalabad (Not Remote). If you live and breathe design, possess an "eagle eye" for detail, and know how to turn a complex brief into a visual masterpiece, we want to hear from you.

While your primary focus will be static design, if you can make those designs move (video editing), you’ll be our absolute favorite candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality visual content for social media, websites, and print materials.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral that align with our brand voice.
• Design intuitive and aesthetic UI/UX layouts using Figma.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are polished, technically perfect, and ready for production/publication.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in a professional design role.
• Software Mastery: You must be a power user of: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AdobeXD, Figma, Canva or similar tools.
• Design Fundamentals: You have a "perfect" grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy. Good understanding of branding and visual consistency
• The Plus Factor: Proficiency in Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a massive advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain the why behind your design choices.
• A proactive attitude; you don’t just follow instructions, you bring new ideas to the table.
