Wasper Media is a Dublin-based digital marketing and content agency working with businesses across Ireland. We specialise in branding, digital marketing, performance advertising, websites, SEO, and content production.

Our design team is fully remote and based in Pakistan, allowing us to work efficiently within aligned time zones and structured agency workflows. We value strong execution, clear communication, and consistent quality over buzzwords.

The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior level) who is confident in agency-style design work and can deliver clean, brand-aligned visuals across multiple projects.

This is an execution-focused role with room to grow into a senior or lead position over time.

You’ll work closely with our content, marketing, and video teams on real client campaigns, not speculative or filler work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design branding assets, marketing visuals, and digital graphics
• Create high-quality social media creatives for multiple brands
• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and platforms
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams using clear briefs
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
• Refine layouts, typography, colour usage, and compositions
• Stay updated with design trends relevant to digital and social media

Requirements
Must-Have:

• 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showing real client or agency work
• Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working full-time during Pakistan business hours

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Motion graphics or short-form animations (After Effects)
• Basic video editing for social media
• Experience with Canva and AI design tools
• Understanding of social media marketing formats and trends
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles

Education

Formal design education or equivalent professional experience.
Graduates from NCA, BNU, or similar institutions are welcome; however, portfolio quality takes precedence over degrees.
