Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Artist who has strong design fundamentals along with hands-on experience in motion posters and AI-assisted creative tools.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on static designs, animated creatives, and experimenting with modern AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital marketing, social media, ads, and branding
• Create motion posters, animated creatives, and short visual content
• Work on AI-based tools for design, animation, and creative enhancement
• Develop visually engaging concepts aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, video, and content teams
• Adapt designs for multiple formats (Instagram, YouTube, web, print, etc.)
• Maintain consistency across all visual communication
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills

Graphic Design:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory & layouts
• Creative thinking and visual storytelling

Motion & Animation:

• Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• Motion posters, animated social creatives, basic transitions
• Understanding of timing, composition & movement

AI Tools (Preferred):

• Experience with AI design tools such as:
• Adobe Firefly
• Midjourney / DALL·E
• Runway / Pika / similar AI motion tools
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up design & ideation

Additional Skills:

• Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro preferred)
• Understanding of social media design trends
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
