Graphic Designer – Real Estate Industry

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and content creation, with strong design skills across both static and video platforms.

This role requires a solid understanding of branding, marketing, and how visual assets contribute to lead generation, especially within the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts, listing presentations, etc.)
• Create short-form video content for social media platforms (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Edit and enhance property videos using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Animate titles, transitions, and motion graphics using After Effects (a big plus)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all content
• Assist in creating content strategies to boost audience engagement
• Stay up to date with design trends, especially in real estate marketing

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (essential)
• Familiarity with After Effects (strong plus)
• Video editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work
• Experience in real estate media or similar industry is a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content formats (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
