Job Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who lives at the intersection of sports culture, storytelling, and modern content creation. Working within the Multimedia and Marketing teams, this role will focus on creating high-impact graphics and visual assets for our basketball (Dr. Dish) and football (FlipSled) brands that power everything from paid media and YouTube to social, product launches, and brand and athlete-driven NIL campaigns.

If you have a passion for sports, are constantly tracking trends, experimenting with new formats, and know what performs on today’s platforms, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities:

• Graphics creation - Design high-impact graphics for social, web and tradeshow platforms
• Team support - Contribute to the production of photo and video content featuring athletes, coaches, trainers, NIL talent, and product-focused shoots
• Motion & animation - Design and animate motion graphics for social media, paid ads, brand and product videos etc.
• Collaboration & Creative Input - collaborate with marketing, social, sales and product teams to bring campaigns to life
• Trend & Platform Leadership - Stay on top of latest social, video, and design trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Asset Management - Organize and maintain a library of digital assets

SKILLS

• Graphic design and motion graphics
• Photography, videography & video storytelling
• Social-first content creation
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop / Lightroom, After Effects Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
• Creative, goal-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated
• “Figure it out” mentality

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, photography, and/or videography
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, high-quality graphics
• Experience producing sports or athletic content is a plus!
• Ability to travel to shoots and events (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
