Job Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer, Multimedia who lives at the intersection of sports culture, storytelling, and modern content creation. Working within the FlipSled Marketing team,you’ll help bring our brand to life through powerful visuals that support everything from digital campaigns and social media to website experiences, print collateral and events.

Design will be the primary focus of this position. While experience with photography, video, and multimedia content is valuable, we're looking first and foremost for a strong designer with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual storytelling.

Core Responsibilities:

• Graphics creation - Design high-impact graphics for social, web and tradeshow platforms
• Team support - Contribute to the production of content featuring athletes, coaches, trainers, NIL talent, and product-focused shoots
• Motion & animation - Design and animate motion graphics for social media, paid ads, brand and product videos etc.
• Collaboration & Creative Input - collaborate with marketing, social, sales and product teams to bring campaigns to life
• Trend & Platform Leadership - Stay on top of latest social, video, and design trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Asset Management - Organize and maintain a library of digital assets

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, high-quality graphics
• Preferred: experience with photography, videography, and/or motion graphics
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience producing sports or athletic content is a plus!
• Ability to travel periodically to shoots and events

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
