Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist

A strategic visual storyteller responsible for translating AICRA’s complex technical concepts (Robotics, AI, STEM) and high-profile events (GAISA, TechnoXian) into high-performance visual assets across all global platforms. Drives brand equity through innovative and highly engaging visual content that adheres to international design and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibility:
Conceptualize and design a cohesive suite of marketing, event, and program collateral (digital, print, exhibition booths). Produce, edit, and optimize all short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, kinetic typography). Develop scalable design templates for global deployment and localization. Ensure all visuals meet accessibility and global brand standards.

1. Global Brand Visual Integrity & Cohesion: Ensure all assets consistently uphold AICRA’s global brand standards and strategic positioning across all international markets.

2. High-Impact Digital Content Conversion: Design performance-driven visuals that directly improve conversion rates for key digital metrics (e.g., event registrations, download lead captures).

3. Strategic Asset Library Development & Optimization: Create modular, scalable design templates that reduce production time and are easily localized for various projects (STEM Labs, Industry 4.0 CoE).

4. Cutting-Edge Multimedia Storytelling & Reach: Drive innovation in video formats to maximize organic reach and viewer retention across global video platforms.
