About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Graphic Designer with strong CorelDRAW and Photoshop expertise and hands-on experience in the packaging industry. The role involves creating and preparing artwork for packaging, labels, cartons, and promotional materials while coordinating with Canadian clients during night-shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging artworks, labels, cartons, pouches, and retail display materials.
• Create and edit dielines and prepare print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, Pantone, barcodes).
• Adapt existing packaging designs for different SKUs and size variations.
• Perform image editing, color correction, layout adjustments, and artwork finalization.
• Collaborate with Canadian teams in real-time during night shift for revisions and approvals.
• Ensure high accuracy and follow brand guidelines strictly.
• Maintain organized file structures and version control.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop (must-have).
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & basic understanding of InDesign.
• Solid experience in packaging design, pre-press, and print production.
• Understanding of printing methods (Offset, Flexo, Digital) and packaging materials.
• Ability to create clean, accurate dielines and print-ready artwork.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Good communication skills for client coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging artwork design (FMCG, liquor, food, cosmetics preferred).

Shift & Work Requirements

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST
• Must be comfortable working as per Canadian time zone.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines.
• Stable internet connection (if remote).
