Graphic Designer (Night Shift)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Professional Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and at least 3 years of experience in crafting Carousels, infographics, service pages, decks, ad tiles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding strategies to create our brand's visual identity on end to end basis. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for branding, and the ability to transform concepts into visuals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the Pendoah's visual identity system across all channels.
• Build and manage a scalable Figma component library and design system.
• Design LinkedIn carousels, static posts, and infographics from content briefs.
• Produce Gamma decks and Figma assets that translate strategy into visual stories (optional).
• Design service pages, one-pagers, pitch decks, and campaign visuals.
• Create reusable templates so non-designers can produce on-brand content at speed.
• Manage version control and handoffs within Figma.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of brand and visual design experience, preferably in B2B or tech.
• Expert-level Figma: components, variants, auto layout, and design systems.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio showing range across brand identity, digital content, and marketing assets.
• Able to work around AI design tools if need be.
  
  

Design Language

• Bold red, white, and grey. Angular geometry. High contrast. Minimal text. Clean lines. Built for B2B executives.

Nice To Have

• Motion design or micro-animation in Figma or After Effects.
• AI product design, dashboard UX, or data visualization experience.
