What You'll Learn

• Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Print Production and File Preparation
• Customer Service and Sales
• Office Management and Organization
• Large Format Printing and Sign Production
• Promotional Products and Apparel Decoration
• Business Operations and Workflow Management

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Create and edit artwork for print projects
• Prepare files for production
• Help with printing, finishing, packaging, and order fulfillment
• Prepare estimates and invoices
• Track projects and communicate with customers
• Support daily office operations
• Learn all aspects of a modern print and marketing business
