Graphic Designer (On-Site)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on-site and take ownership of high-impact visual assets—primarily email template design and web UI/UX. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns and platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance-driven design, user experience best practices, and modern digital aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Email Design

• Design engaging, conversion-focused email templates for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize layouts for CTR and performance
• Ensure responsive and mobile-first design
• Maintain brand consistency across all email communications

Web UI/UX

• Design clean, intuitive website layouts and landing pages
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Improve user journeys and optimize user experience
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Brand & Creative

• Maintain visual consistency across digital assets
• Create supporting graphics for campaigns and product launches
• Contribute to overall brand evolution and creative direction

(Bonus / Plus) Social Media Marketing

• Design engaging social media creatives and META ads management is a plus
• Understand platform-specific design best practices
• Contribute ideas for content strategy and campaign visuals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (digital-focused preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Email templates
• Web UI/UX projects
• Landing pages
• Proficiency in:
• Figma (preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Strong understanding of:
• UX principles
• Responsive design
• Conversion-focused design
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design
• Experience with A/B testing creative
• Understanding of social media marketing trends
• Motion graphics or light animation skills
