Graphic Designer (3+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and branding.

Job Type: Onsite (Office-based)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM 1-hour break included

Salary PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality social media posts, ads, and campaign creatives
• Create visually engaging email designs for marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines (logos, color palettes, typography)
• Design marketing materials such as banners, landing visuals, and promotional graphics
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver consistent visual messaging
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and business goals
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tool.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media ads, posts, email designs, and branding work
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar)
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects

Nice to Have: Experience with motion graphics or animations Basic knowledge of UI/UX design Familiarity with marketing funnels and conversion-focused design
