As a Marketing & Graphic Designer, your creative design talents, marketing expertise, and forward-thinking mindset will play a key role in expanding our sales and supporting the launch of new products. You will report directly to the Lead of Marketing and collaborate closely with sales teams and senior management.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with and strengthens Milliman’s brand identity. Success in this role requires strong design skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ease working in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Key to this position is your ability to balance creative and strategic initiatives, engage effectively with individuals across varied communication styles, and continually enhance the marketing resources that support our sales efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Current knowledge of technology advances in software, graphic arts, and design.
Skills & Abilities

Advanced, hands-on expertise with graphic design tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs, along with strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Pardot.

Skilled in designing and formatting presentations, reports, proposals, and other corporate materials with a polished, client-ready standard.

Proficiency in designing and laying out websites, e-newsletters, landing pages, blogs, and mobile apps.

Ability to develop the full layout and production of both print and digital visual materials, including brochures, newsletters, advertising, direct mail, interactive media, multimedia projects, and online content.

Strong cross-country communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and time zones, ensuring alignment on deliverables and messaging.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
