Sator Soccer exists to grow the game—fueling the next generation of athletes, coaches, and communities through innovative, high-performance equipment designed for every level of play. Founded in Southern California nearly three decades ago and still family-owned today, the company has evolved from a local startup to a nationally recognized brand serving millions of players, teams, and organizations across the United States.

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team! This role offers part-time (24 to 32 hours per week) and full-time opportunities for passionate designers eager to craft compelling visual content. As a Graphic Designer at Sator Soccer, you will bring innovative ideas to life through digital art, branding, and visual storytelling that elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with our Director of Marketing to create and refine assets and procedures.
• Maintain and gradually evolve brand design guidelines as over time.
• Develop assets that best engage and mobilize our audience into action.
• Design digital assets for ecommerce, partner sites, emails, social media, and more.
• Design print materials for our sales team, trade shows, and other events.
• Proof content and ensure designs are up to spec and brand standards.
• Product photography and videography with and without models.
• Occasionally design new products and packaging.
• Organize and maintain all digital assets and files.
• Share your creative input – we value it!

Requirements:

• Design experience in a professional setting: +3 years
• Adobe Creative Suite Experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc): +5 years
• Degree in Design or Fine Arts.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Excellent typography skills allowing for ease of user scanning.
• Ability to adhere to and help evolve brand guidelines.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Though Not Required:

• Video editing experience (Adobe Premier Pro or similar)
• HTML/ CSS coding (Adobe Dreamweaver)

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
