Cumberland Hospitality Group owns and operates some of Nashville’s most recognizable bars, restaurants, and live music venues. We are looking for a designer who can match that energy and elevate it.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a skilled, experienced Graphic Designer to support all CHG properties. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands design at a professional level—someone who can think creatively, execute efficiently, and manage multiple projects without hand-holding.
You will be responsible for creating a wide range of assets including social media graphics, event flyers, posters, banners, signage, in-house marketing materials, and more. Every design should be intentional, on-brand, and built to perform.
What You’ll Do:

Concert & event promotions

Large-scale banners & signage

In-venue marketing materials (menus, table tents, posters)

Digital ads and email graphics

Maintain and evolve brand consistency across multiple concepts

Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns quickly and effectively

Manage multiple projects and deadlines across several brands simultaneously

Prepare print-ready files and understand production specs (bleeds, sizing, materials, etc.)

Contribute creative ideas—not just execute tasks
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in graphic design (hospitality, events, nightlife, or entertainment preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (social, print, large-format, branding)

Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Ability to design for both digital and print with attention to detail

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workflow

Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines

Someone who is both creative and strategic—designs should look good and drive action
Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with print production and file setup

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Strong communication and time management skills
