What You’ll Do

As part of our Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our custom shelving brand to life both online and in person. This position is ideal for someone who loves social media, has an eye for design, and enjoys being part of a creative, fast-growing brand. You’ll help shape how our company is seen and experienced—through content, engagement, visual storytelling, and digital & physical marketing materials.

Duties

  • Design and Production: Create and edit high-quality PDP images, hero images, and ads using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/ or Canva
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with Iron Abode's brand guidelines and maintain and consistent visual style
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to understand design requirements and deliver visuals that meet project objectives.
  • Image Optimization: Prepare images for various platforms, ensuring optimal quality and performance across different devices and channels.
  • Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and the Head Designer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
  • Education: A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a good understanding of design principles and trends.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Availability

We offer flexible scheduling and frequently work with students. However, we are only seeking candidates who plan to remain in Rexburg for at least one year.
