Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can also manage social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual design, content creation, and online brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Create engaging designs for digital platforms (social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, etc.)
• Develop brand-consistent creatives for marketing campaigns
• Design logos, presentations, and promotional materials
• Edit images and videos when required
• Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand guidelines

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy for posts
• Manage posting calendar and campaign timelines
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus)
• Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Good communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• Portfolio showcasing design and social media work
• Experience in digital marketing or branding is a plus
