Graphic Designer & Photographer

We’re searching for a Graphic Designer / Photographer with a strong creative instinct, an eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience using AI tools in visual creation . You will collaborate closely with our founder and creative team to shape GLOSSIC’s visual universe across product photography, social media content, packaging visuals, and digital campaigns.

This role requires someone who blends traditional design and photography skills with modern AI-driven workflows. Someone who can translate Glossic’s clean, effortless DNA into visually striking, high-impact content—whether shot behind the camera or generated using AI.

• Produce high-quality product and lifestyle photography aligned with Glossic’s visual identity

• Create graphic design assets for packaging, campaigns, social media, website, and advertising

• Use AI tools (image generation, editing, concept development) to enhance creative output and streamline production

• Build mood boards, visual concepts, and style guides for ongoing content needs

• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across all touchpoints

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and PR to execute cohesive visual campaigns

• Stay updated on photography, design, and AI-creative trends within the beauty, lifestyle, and fashion sectors

• Deliver fresh, storytelling-driven concepts that elevate Glossic in global beauty markets

• 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, photography, or digital content creation

• Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and design work (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)

• Practical experience with AI tools

• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, color, and visual storytelling

• Ability to translate a founder’s vision into cohesive visuals and repeatable content systems

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams

• Familiarity with digital-first, social media-driven design and short-form beauty content
