We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our visual identity and enhancing our brand presence through innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Printing Pre-Press Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and quality of designs before they go to print. You will prepare, format, proof, and finalize artwork for print production, using your expertise to ensure files meet all required specifications. int

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Communicate with customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand project requirements and obtain artwork approvals.
• Pre-Press Preparation: Format, proof, and prepare text and graphics for printing. Generate proofs and ensure all files are print-ready by reviewing and correcting design layouts.
• Design Support: Use Adobe Creative suite software to arrange pages, design layouts, and add images as needed. Work closely with designers to ensure the final product aligns with client expectations.
• Production Proofing: Collaborate with the production team to review and approve production proofs, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced jobs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Proof Approval Follow-Ups: Actively follow up on proofs via phone or email to expedite the approval process, minimizing delays in production timelines.
• Additional Tasks: Take on other responsibilities as required, supporting the team in achieving project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for both customer interactions and team collaboration.
• Experienced in print production and file setup
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in pre-press roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.12 - $30.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
