Position Overview

Siflex is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, packaging design, and digital campaign development. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects from concept development to final production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product packaging designs from concept to final execution
• Create complete visual concepts for marketing campaigns
• Design social media creatives and digital advertisements
• Prepare artwork for print media including brochures, catalogs, banners, and POS materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams for print specifications
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw
• Knowledge of packaging layouts and dieline structures
• Understanding of CMYK, RGB, and print production standards
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong portfolio is mandatory
• Packaging industry experience will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
