Graphic Designer - Prepress Department (Printing Industry)

Siflex Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Flexographic Printing Plates, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Pre-Press) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing artwork files for Flexo plate processing, ensuring accuracy, quality, and print-ready output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify customer artwork for Flexo printing.
• Ensure all files meet pre-press and plate-making requirements.
• Work with trapping, color separation, layouts, and print-ready formats.
• Coordinate with the production and plate-making teams.
• Maintain job records and artwork archives.
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of pre-press tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.
• Understanding of Flexo printing, color management, and pre-press procedures (preferred).
• Good sense of layout, design, and typography.
• Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience in packaging, printing, or Flexo industry will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent after 3-month probation)
Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)
