We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling print and marketing collateral that strengthens our brand presence.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer – Print & Marketing Collateral will be responsible for designing high-quality print materials such as brochures, one-pagers, flyers, presentations, and other marketing assets. This role requires a strong eye for design, an understanding of branding, and the ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, one-pagers, event signage, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure designs align with brand messaging and company objectives.
• Develop visually appealing presentations, reports, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all print designs meet quality, branding, and technical specifications for production.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in fintech, blockchain, and technology sectors.
• Assist with digital assets as needed, such as graphics for social media or web campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, corporate communications, or technology sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and marketing collateral design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other design tools.
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and print production processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with blockchain, fintech, or technology industries is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing presentations for executive leadership or client-facing materials.
• Knowledge of digital marketing graphics is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30 – $60 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.
