Name Badges, Inc. is a growing online print and signage company based in Greenville, SC. We produce custom name badges, stickers, banners, and signage for businesses and organizations nationwide. Our production team handles hundreds of unique orders every week, and every file that goes to print passes through our design team first.

About the Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer for our Print Production team. This is hands-on production design work, not branding or marketing. You'll be preparing customer artwork for print, cleaning up files, setting up layouts, and making sure everything is print-ready before it hits our equipment.

If you know your way around Illustrator and Photoshop and want real-world print production experience, this is a great opportunity. We'll train you on our internal workflow, equipment, and software.

What You'll Do

- Prepare customer artwork and set up files for print production

- Ensure designs are properly aligned, spaced, and formatted for output

- Clean up logos and artwork submitted by customers

- Remove backgrounds and prepare images for print

- Work with vector files and convert artwork as needed

- Review orders for accuracy before sending to production

- Manage multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required)

- Experience working with vector artwork and print-ready files

- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy

- Strong attention to detail and organization

- Comfortable managing multiple jobs at the same time

- Basic understanding of print file setup (bleed, margins, color modes)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Previous experience in a print shop, sign shop, or production environment

- Familiarity with large format printing, engraving, or CNC workflows

- Experience with UV printing, vinyl cutting, or sublimation

This is an in-person position at our Greenville, SC location. This is not a remote role.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
