Graphic Designer / Print Production Associate

• Create and prepare print-ready artwork for DTF and Sublimation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printing equipment.
• Support customer inquiries and order issues in a collaborative manner.
• Assist with social media graphics and basic marketing content.
• Organize design files and maintain timely, high-quality production workflows.
• Participate in packaging, shipping, and fulfillment tasks as needed (lifting up to 50 lbs).

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools.
• Experience with DTF/Sublimation printing and equipment (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
