Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist (Print Shop Experience Required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Graphic Designer & Print Production Specialist with proven print shop experience to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling visual content across various mediums, managing end-to-end print production processes, and ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual concepts for print and digital projects, including branding, signage, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare detailed design files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
• Manage the entire print production process—from file preparation and color management to overseeing sign manufacturing and finishing.
• Operate and troubleshoot print shop equipment to ensure accurate color reproduction, material handling, and quality control.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for large-format printing, signage fabrication, and other print-related services.
• Maintain meticulous records of projects, specifications, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all printed materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a print shop environment with hands-on knowledge of sign manufacturing and print production workflows.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of color management techniques, typography, layout design, typesetting, and visual design principles.
• Familiarity with web design tools such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to create digital art, motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools, and photo manipulation skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and experience operating related equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
