We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Printer Production Specialist to join our creative team full-time in Ashland. Duties

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts for print and digital projects, including signage, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Prepare artwork files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW, ensuring all designs meet specifications for print production.
• Manage color accuracy and consistency through effective color management techniques across various media.
• Operate printing equipment including large-format printers, digital presses, and sign manufacturing tools to produce high-quality outputs.
• Oversee the entire production process from layout design to final print, ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
• Incorporate motion graphics, video editing, and digital art elements using Adobe After Effects and other motion design tools when applicable.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting printed materials for defects, color discrepancies, and alignment issues before delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design, web design (WordPress, HTML/CSS), and marketing strategies to continually enhance project outcomes.

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of art direction, branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with digital art creation, photo manipulation, illustration, and sign manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of web development basics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress content management systems and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to produce motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and video editing tools.
• Excellent presentation skills for client meetings and project proposals.
• Familiarity with print advertising standards and typesetting techniques to ensure high-quality output.
• Strong attention to detail in color management and visual design consistency across multiple platforms.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients to achieve creative goals.
