Graphic Designer - Printing Industry experience is Mandatory

Responsibilities: • Design, prepare, and edit graphics for decals, stickers, signage, and largeformat printing • Set up artwork for print with correct sizing, bleed, resolution, and color profiles • Operate and support large-format equipment including vinyl cutters, laminators, and plotters • Assist with pre-press setup, proofing, and quality control • Modify and update artwork based on client feedback and production needs • Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure accurate output and timely delivery • Troubleshoot technical design or print file issues • Maintain organized digital files and backups for each job • Stay up to date with print materials, substrates, and production trends • Provide creative input on promotional projects and custom product designs • Support other graphic design needs as required by the team Requirements: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced or print production environment • Strong background in decals, stickers, and large-format printing is preferred • Experience working with vinyl cutting, laminating, and finishing processes • Knowledge of RIP software (e.g., Flexi, Onyx, VersaWorks) is an asset • Familiarity with media types including vinyl, films, and specialty substrates • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot • Must be comfortable in a production-based environment Experience: • 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably with direct exposure to signage, decals, or promotional products • Experience operating or assisting with large-format printing machines is a strong asset • Portfolio of work that includes both creative and production-ready projects • Experience in manufacturing, promotional productions, or print industry preferred. • Past of working directly with production or pre-press teams is also preferred. Preferred Education/Certifications: • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc). • Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
