Graphic Designer (Printing & Packaging)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in printing and packaging artwork. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of preparing accurate print-ready files. You will work closely with production and sales teams to develop high-quality designs for labels, boxes, and various packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop artwork for labels, packaging, cartons, stickers, and marketing materials.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct dielines, bleed, color modes, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure design accuracy for flexo, digital, offset, and screen printing.
• Review and modify client artwork based on feedback while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Create mockups and visual presentations for client approval.
• Ensure accuracy in color matching, typography, and layout.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files and document versions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Graphic Designer in the printing or packaging industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, ESKO.
• Excellent knowledge of pre-press, color separation, and printing processes.
• Strong understanding of dielines, labeling standards, and packaging structures.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
