• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday shift required
• Overtime required
• Must be flexible with hours

Job description:
WPE Printing is a high-volume event printing company looking for a Graphic Designer / Printing Specialist to join our team. We produce time-sensitive orders and need someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

This role includes graphic design, print production, customer service, and occasional onsite installation support.

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare print-ready files
• Work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ONYX
• Assist with large format printing, cutting, laminating, vinyl, stickers, and small format printing
• Follow running sheets and manage multiple orders at once
• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• Assist with production, packaging, and shop workflow
• Help with onsite installations when needed
• Occasionally commute to our Fairfax office as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ONYX
• Experience in large format printing and production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and team player
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive orders
• Saturday availability is required
