Graphic Designer – Product, Packaging & Artwork

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can work independently , someone who can develop strong visual concepts and execute them with precision.
This role touches product, packaging, artwork/print development, and visual storytelling for The Mansion’s gifting and lifestyle collections.

What You’ll Work On

You will be responsible for:

• Developing design concepts for products, packaging, and brand touchpoints
• Translating creative direction into clear, refined visual outputs
• Creating templates, layout systems, illustrations, and graphic elements
• Supporting product development visuals and story-driven packaging
• Participating in styling and visual composition for product/gifting shoots
• Preparing production-ready artworks with accuracy
• Iterating based on feedback with consistency and attention to detail
• Collaborating with vendors, printers, and external partners when required

This role requires visual judgement, structured thinking, and a strong sense of aesthetic sensitivity.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic/product/packaging design
• Strong visual judgement and a clean sensibility
• Ability to work independently & own end-to-end execution
• Portfolio that shows concept thinking and disciplined execution
• Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and deadlines
• Experience with artwork/print design
• Experience in product or lifestyle brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
