Graphic Designer / Production Artist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / CAD Designer to support project visualization, construction documentation, and marketing materials. This role blends technical drafting with visual design to produce clear plans, accurate drawings, and professional graphics that support both field execution and client presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and revise CAD drawings, layouts, and construction documents
• Create visual graphics for proposals, presentations, signage, and marketing use
• Translate sketches, markups, and field notes into accurate digital plans
• Maintain organized drawing files, templates, and revision control
• Support project teams with site plans, elevations, renderings, and as-builts
• Ensure drawings and graphics meet company standards and project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, field staff, and leadership for updates

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
• Ability to manage multiple revisions and deadlines efficiently
• Clear communication and ability to interpret technical instructions
• Construction, architecture, or engineering industry experience preferred

We are a small family owned construction company. We are looking for in-house graphic design and marketing to support our brand and help us grow.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
