Graphic Designer + Production Assistant

Job Summary
Kirkpatrick Creative is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft thoughtful, on-brand creative across print, digital, and social platforms. This is a full-time, in-office position based in downtown Little Rock. You’ll collaborate with our in-house team to execute work that’s visually strong, strategically driven, and production-ready.

A portfolio or examples of work are required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement mood boards, logo design and brand guidelines
• Create collateral within existing guidelines to adhere to the set aesthetic, including but not limited to:
• Social media graphics
• Digital ads
• Website graphics
• Print collateral
• Slide Decks
• Work cross-departmentally with our copywriter and Digital Media Specialist on social media content and digital marketing collateral
• Actively participate in collaborative strategy sessions to produce the most creative, fresh ideas for campaigns

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including design rationale and reasoning
• Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and milestones
• Understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, print, and digital
• A striking portfolio with a range of design projects
• Affinity for staying on top of industry trends
• Knows there is always more to learn, and strives to do so
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Handles criticism and feedback well

Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Suite Intermediate Skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, etc)
• WordPress, Basic HTML a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
