Graphic Designer – Production & Design

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in print production and design. This is a full-time, onsite position involving creative design, logo development, and preparation of files for large-format print production.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for banners, signs, logo builds, and commercial vehicle wraps
• Create and refine logos for clients (new builds and reworks)
• Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing
• Work closely with production staff to ensure accurate output
• Edit and revise designs based on client feedback
• Maintain consistency in branding and design quality
• Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines
• Assist with print production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a print or sign shop environment
• Experience with banners, signage, logo builds, and vehicle wrap design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and branding
• Knowledge of print production processes and file setup
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, onsite position
• Schedule and pay based on experience
