Graphic Designer / Production Specialist (Mid-Level)

In this role, you will support both the design and production of digital marketing materials for print collateral and online platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required, along with an understanding of print production. This position goes beyond traditional graphic design and includes hands-on involvement in production, helping translate digital designs into final printed materials.

This is a mid-level position reporting directly to senior team members. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience is required. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital marketing materials for print and online use
• Prepare and translate digital files into final printed materials
• Collaborate closely with senior team members throughout design and production
• Participate in hands-on production work when needed
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency from concept through completion

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with print production processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
