In the fast-moving world of prop trading (think FTMO, Funding Pips, FundedNext, DNA Funded, Blueberry Funded, Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, and many more), visual content is everything — eye-catching memes, giveaway graphics, payout proof infographics, comparison charts, and hype Reels drive massive engagement and high-value affiliate conversions.We’re looking for a creative, trading-aware Graphic Designer who lives on social media and can produce scroll-stopping visuals that resonate with the funded trader community.Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-volume daily/weekly social media content optimized for Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Discord (static posts, carousels, stories, Reels/Shorts thumbnails, memes, polls, infographics)
• Create viral-style graphics including:
• Prop firm comparison tables & charts (profit splits, drawdowns, fees, scaling plans)
• Payout proof mockups & success story visuals
• Giveaway announcements & contest banners
• "Which prop firm is best right now?" styled content
• Funny/savage trading memes (e.g., "Blowing another challenge" humor, broker vs. prop firm jokes)
• Educational infographics (risk management, consistency rules, challenge strategies)
• Collaborate with the social media manager/copywriter to visualize content ideas quickly — turn captions into eye-catching posts within hours
• Maintain and evolve a consistent brand aesthetic that feels trustworthy, modern, slightly edgy/humorous, and anti-scam (pro-trader vibe)
• Edit short-form video thumbnails and basic motion graphics/animations for Reels & Shorts (using After Effects or similar)
• Optimize designs for each platform (aspect ratios, text sizes for mobile, bold colors that pop in feeds)
• Stay on top of prop trading trends, new firm launches, drama, promotions, and viral posts in the niche — create timely content around them
• Work with affiliate partners to design co-branded visuals, discount code banners, and limited-time offer graphics
• Deliver files in all required formats + source files, with quick revision turnaround

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer focused on social media (finance, crypto, trading, gambling, or affiliate niches is a strong plus)
• Deep familiarity with the prop trading ecosystem — you know terms like 2-phase challenges, daily drawdown, profit splits (80-95%), instant funding, payout proofs, FTMO drama, Funding Pips scaling, etc.
• Exceptional portfolio showing social media content — especially short-form optimized designs, memes, infographics, and trading/finance visuals (please share links or examples)
• Mastery of design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (required) + bonus for Canva Pro, Figma, CapCut/Premiere for video thumbnails, or motion design
• Strong sense of trending visual styles in 2026 trading social media — bold colors, neon accents, clean charts, meme formats, mobile-first design
• Ability to work fast in a dynamic environment — deliver 5–10 high-quality assets per day when needed
• Understanding of financial marketing compliance (risk disclaimers, no guaranteed profits claims)
• Excellent communication + ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations for Reels/TikToks
• Personal trading experience or active following of prop firm communities/Discords
• Portfolio with viral trading posts or high-engagement finance content
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content
• Knowledge of current hot prop firms (e.g., FundedNext, DNA Funded, Blueberry Funded, Apex, Topstep)
