YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI’S PART TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER:
- Complete all assigned inbound creative requests for the brand and local markets within established and agreed-upon timeframes
- Execute approved creative assets in alignment with brand standards, templates, and direction provided
- Prepare and finalize art files for print production
- Support menu management and versioning processes as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate on execution of approved artwork and signage as needed for new builds and refreshes
- Utilize BOX as the primary asset management platform, ensuring proper file naming, storage, and version control
- Maintain organized creative files and documentation
- Communicate project status clearly and consistently (on-time, at risk, late, or pending information)
- Escalate risks or blockers proactively to the Strategic Production Manager
- Track assigned work and report on tasks as requested
THE IDEAL PART TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or 3–5 years of relevant graphic design experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a design or production-focused role
- Strong execution mindset with an emphasis on consistency, accuracy, and follow-through
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with asset management and project tracking platforms (BOX and ClickUp)
- Comfortable working within Apple-based environments
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS/HOURS:
- Flexible schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: hours generally fall between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday may be a possibility after six months.
- Role averages approximately 15-20 hours per week
