Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually appealing marketing materials and brand assets that effectively showcase our real estate projects across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, and digital marketing materials for real estate projects.
• Create and maintain visual brand identity for new and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Design advertisements, banners, and promotional materials for both online and offline campaigns.
• Enhance and edit property images, videos, and walkthroughs for marketing use.
• Ensure consistency in brand colors, typography, and style guidelines across all materials.
• Stay updated with design trends and real estate marketing practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, CorelDRAW, Canva).
• Strong understanding of color theory, layout design, and typography.
• Experience in digital marketing creatives, video editing, and motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D visualization or real estate render editing.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with social media ad design and performance-driven creatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,946.24 - ₹36,921.16 per month
