Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in the real estate industry to create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence and supports property marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital and print marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design property advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns
• Develop branding materials that align with company standards
• Edit photos and enhance property images for marketing purposes
• Create visually appealing presentations and listing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaign concepts
• Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
• Stay updated with current design trends and real estate marketing practices

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of graphic design experience in the real estate industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating social media content, digital ads, and print materials
• Knowledge of video editing software is an advantage
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio showcasing previous real estate design work is preferred
