Graphic Designer (Real Estate Background)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials that promote properties, projects, and brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including property listings, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media posts
• Create engaging visuals for digital campaigns, websites, and advertisements
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop brand-aligned creatives
• Edit photos, floor plans, and videos (basic edits if required)
• Ensure consistency in branding across all materials
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (real estate background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or property-related work
• Good communication and time management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
