We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to enhance our brand presence and marketing initiatives.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media to support marketing campaigns, branding, and project promotions. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and experience in real estate marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and project presentations
• Create engaging social media creatives, email templates, and digital ads
• Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity assets
• Design layouts for real estate project brochures and floor plan presentations
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements
• Work with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Edit and enhance images, including property photographs and renders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (real estate experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in designing for social media platforms and digital marketing
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with real estate developers or marketing agencies
• Knowledge of print production and large-format designs
• Understanding of UI/UX basics for landing pages

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
