Job Overview:

SRJ Real Estate LLC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with real estate experience.

The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for luxury branding, property marketing creatives, and high-converting ad designs.

This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced real estate environment, especially during property launches and inventory pushes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for:
• Paid Ads
• Property Listings
• Brochures & Flyers
• Roll-ups
• Company Profiles
• Create real estate promotional banners and carousel ads
• Design launch campaign creatives for off-plan & secondary projects
• Develop branding materials aligned with company identity
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives
• Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Portal Listings, etc.)
• Edit basic real estate videos (if required)
• Ensure brand consistency across typography, layout, and guidelines
• Deliver urgent creatives during property launches

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years experience in Graphic Design
• UAE real estate design experience preferred
• Strong portfolio in real estate or luxury branding
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Final Cut
• Experience designing performance-driven ad creatives
• Understanding of UAE real estate visual standards
• Knowledge of social media dimensions and ad formats
• Strong attention to detail & layout sense
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
