Job Title: Graphic Designer – Real Estate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate marketing team. The role focuses on creating high-impact visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms to promote real estate projects and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Adobe design tools, Filmora, and Canva, have a strong sense of branding, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Creative Execution
- Design and develop print and digital marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, and website assets.
- Create project brochures, property presentations, pitch decks, and sales collaterals.
- Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines and visual standards.
2. Social Media & Digital Presence
- Create engaging social media creatives, reels, stories, and ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design content aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, site updates, and promotions.
- Maintain visual consistency across all social media platforms.
3. Marketing & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver creatives as per business objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
4. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit and enhance short videos, reels, walkthroughs, and promotional clips using Filmora and Adobe tools.
- Create basic motion graphics and animations using After Effects (AE) when required.
- Optimize video content for social media and digital platforms.
5. Project & Asset Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and source files.
- Ensure quick turnaround without compromising quality.
6. Quality Control & Branding
- Review all creatives for accuracy, alignment, and brand consistency before final release.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly.
- Ensure high-quality output across all platforms.
Required Software & Technical Skills:
- Mandatory proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects (AE)
- Filmora
- Canva
- Basic knowledge of website builders (WordPress / Wix) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, construction, or allied industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, brochures, and video work.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
